As we reported AUSBANC Legal Services, still no response Supreme Court to appeal. What I have learned is that the receivers have already submitted its plan of liquidation of the Commercial Judge, who accepted it. At the moment we have no information on this point and we must await the evaluation of AUSBANC Legal Services, which will inform you after the holidays.
