Dear member, Dear Member,
then copy the information note provided by the members of the convention pro table today, Friday 27 February 2009.
Sincerely,
Board PB Vizcaya
"Dear friends:
We are pleased to announce that, on the morning of today, at 11 : 15 hours, has been recorded in the Court of c / Capitán Haya Madrid, the paper Creditors Draft Convention prepared by the law firm ALA, on behalf of the members of the Pro-Convention Bureau, ACU Solutions and ACLA. Is thus given that proposal in a timely manner, pending Judge it Vaquer who ultimately decides on its viability.
not easy to describe the immense joy that we produced to share with you the news. Many months of work have finally bear fruit. All indications are that the legal and technical rigor of the document prepared by ALA will definitely be an asset that the court must consider when deciding on the content. Noting further that compliance is guaranteed payments, there should be no reason why that proposal was rejected convention and not up to meeting of creditors to be finally voted.
We want to publicly thank all the support provided by peers who head the various platforms that integrate solutions ACU. Without their valuable and hard-and help of many volunteers who have worked anonymously and selflessly, we'd all be, at present, in a completely different scenario. Similarly
and explicitly, we thank the powers given to ALA by the representatives of the Board of Directors of the Association ADCAFF (Albacete) and her lawyer D. Juan Molina Cabrera, and law firms-Vilches Hernández Otero Lastres, legal representatives of the Association of People Affected by Afinsa and White Platform Customers Madrid, respectively. His support for the submission of the Draft Convention has more than 20% of credit needed for submission to Judge Vaquer. To everyone, thank you.
To you, dear friends from the equally all our gratitude for the many messages of support and affection as you sent us during these months. Never will know how far we have helped and encouraged to move forward. With the registration in the Court of our proposals and agreements; opens before us all a hopeful future. In just a few weeks we will know if the judge Vaquer the admitted, allowing that is voted on Board of Creditors. If, at that moment as we expect to happen, would receive the votes of creditors customers make up 50% of the loan, we would finally Convention and thus the cash refund of 50% of the money from the same day intervention remains quite simply confiscated. The remaining 50% we must demand it by way of complaint to state property, despite the time, work and effort this entails.
At this point, we must-not-pass high to make a special mention in this release to our beloved colleague and our dear Gloria and missed Juanjo. They have been at any time, a benchmark for us. And a tremendous incentive to move forward despite difficulties. As has been the memory of all those who have fallen by the wayside, who have not met, and that meant so much to many colleagues in this forum.
special mention of thanks also to our brave fellow "The Ferraz Tuesday." Know that your efforts and perseverance, dear friends, has been a wonderful example to keep fighting, as have been the actions out by other colleagues, also have their voice heard, loud and clear, from Bilbao and Albacete.
Thanks, of course, Juan Pedro (our beloved "Luis"). His initiative for the establishment of this forum has been absolutely key because it allowed a space for communication "virtual" open and interactive, which has removed all barriers of distance thus saving the great geographical dispersion which is our group of injured parties throughout Spain and Portugal.
Finally, special thanks to the law firm ALA. They failed to see, as no one had done previously, the enormous possibilities that were to take this project forward. We believe that rigorous and flawless work, will bear fruit. His help, constant support, why not say, kindness, patience and affection with which we have tried in every one of the difficult moments that we have experienced have been, continue to be "simply unaffordable. To them we must be where we are.
We go all the way, dear friends. Continue to fight to get approval of the proposed Convention Meeting of Creditors, thereby avoiding that lead to the liquidation.
With hope in the future, and the immense joy that produces have come happily at this stage of the tour (we still have a leg to save), we want you to know that we will continue working for the recovery of your savings and for justice. For all of us, customers, and for this great company that was called Afinsa.
From the gratitude and affection, your fellow officers Pro-Convention
Pepe, Gabi and Mila. "
